You can delete your Briques account at any time. Deletion is permanent — it removes your account, every tracker you've made, all the records and files inside them, and your settings.
Delete from the app
This is the fastest way, and it works on both iOS and Android:
- Open Briques and go to Account (your profile).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are then scheduled for permanent deletion.
Delete by email
If you can't open the app, email privacy@briques.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you, then process the request.
What gets deleted, and when
- Your account, trackers, records, and uploaded files are permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days.
- Backup copies are purged within a further 60 days.
- A small set of records (such as billing reconciliation and fraud-prevention logs) may be retained longer where the law requires. These are minimized and never reused for anything else.
This can't be undone. Once deletion runs, your trackers and their data can't be recovered. If there's anything you want to keep, export your data first.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because billing is handled by the app store, not by Briques. To stop renewals, also cancel through the store:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Briques → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Briques → Cancel.
