Restore purchases
Switched phones, reinstalled, or not seeing Pro? Restoring re-links your existing purchase to your account.
- Make sure you're signed in to the same app-store account (Apple ID or Google account) you bought with.
- In Briques, open Plans (or Account) and tap Restore purchases.
Your Pro status should return within a moment. If it doesn't, email support@briques.app.
Refunds
Because billing is handled by the app store, refunds are too:
- Apple (iOS): request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google (Android): request through your Play Store account or Google's order history.
Briques can't issue store-managed refunds directly, but if something failed on our side, email support@briques.app and we'll help make it right.
