Briques trackers are single-user and private to you. Your trackers and their data aren't shared with other users or published anywhere.
What we store
Your account details, your tracker definitions, and the records and files inside your trackers. Data lives in our managed database and file storage, encrypted in transit and at rest.
What we send to AI
When you use an AI feature, Briques sends your prompt and, when relevant, your tracker's structure (field and page names) to an AI provider. The first time, you'll see a consent screen naming every provider. Nothing is sent until you accept.
What we never send
- Your name, email, or account ID.
- Files you upload (images, PDFs, attachments).
- The bulk contents of your tables — only a short excerpt, and only when you explicitly ask the AI about your data.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your prompts or tracker content to train our own models or let providers train on them.
