Most issues clear up with one of the steps below. If yours doesn't, contact support — we read everything.
My tracker didn't generate
- Check your connection and try again — generation needs to reach our servers.
- Make sure you have enough AI credits. If you're out, top up or wait for the monthly refresh.
- If a prompt was blocked, rephrase it. Briques won't generate disallowed content.
- Try a shorter, more specific description, then add to it once the tracker exists.
I can't sign in
- Use the same method you signed up with — Google, or Apple on iOS.
- Update to the latest version of the app.
- If you used Apple's "Hide My Email," use Sign in with Apple again rather than typing an address.
My data isn't showing on a new device
- Sign in with the same account.
- On Free, data stays on the device where you created it; cloud sync is a Pro feature.
I paid but don't see Pro
